You will have to find out by reading the book! Good read with a little more complex then some of the other Older Man Younger Woman books that this author has written. Taboo is not that the man is older, because this happen every day, what's taboo is that it's her father best friend and the secrets. FYI when writing there was a lot of I am instead of I'm, which would've read better.Product details

I voluntary read this Advanced Reader Copy of this book. It was good but still some sad parts. A college young lady comes home from Harvard to start her life. She has had felling for her Father best friend for a few years. She goes to work for him and they get romantic involved behind her Father back . She gets pregnant and they tell her Father, it doesn't go good. He is upset
This was a great and quick read. An absolutely steamy and taboo (older man, younger woman romance) story. Love the heat and HEA. Loved the characters, they were well written and developed and have great chemistry and the plot was flawlessly written. I was sucked in and didn't want to put it down. Can't wait to read more of Ms. Ford's work.

I would have liked the whole book to be just maybe 2 stories not a bunch of short stories that I felt would have been better if the we're more in depth. Really didn't like the errors that occurred to frequently
I believe the author needs to make sure they are better proofread. Not trying to be mean, just truthful.
I received a gift of this copy and I voluntarily am leaving a review. I actually bought the book. Great book. It was short but I still felt that I received a full story. The intense attraction between Vienna and Payne was felt from the start. The progression of love and heat was well done. My heart broke when the dad could not accept it...but what father wants to hear you best friend is in love with your daughter. I love that there are extra books as well in this buy!!!
This was my first book by mia Ford and I look forward to reading more. It's a very short story but the content is hot and satisfying.
I just love the taboo plot of a girl falling in love with her father's best friend. Payne is 21 years older than Vienna and if thats not enough, her father is his best friend. Vienna d Payne for years and when give into their mutual attraction, things get messy.
Great book with likeable characters
This is hard to write a review since this book is made up of multiply stories. Overall I'm glad I purchased this book and read it. The author is new to me and seems new. I did care about the characters and the stories were good. Some really need to have more details and backgrounds so you understood the characters actions or even cared. But overall I enjoyed the stories I did take a break to read other books about twice while reading this book due to the fact the stories were very similar and I needed something different.
This author has given us a treasure trove of love stories, all for $.99 - and I'm loving them! She's newly published, but -WOW! Breaking Rules is the first in line, and she won me over in the first few pages. Our heroine, Vienna, is coming home to beautiful Northern California, after six years at Harvard. She's now a lawyer, graduated with honors, just like her Dad and her Dad's best friend, Payne. These two men raised her alone, and she loves them both. But her time away from them taught her one surprising thing no guy that she's met in all that time away has ever even tempted her to give up her V-card. Twenty-four now, and still a virgin.... But Payne is the man she loves, the only one she wants. And I was as convinced as she was that he was IT for her. I'll bet you will feel the same way, after you see how they are together. Age means nothing; their souls match.
